You agree to indemnify and hold ANZALI, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, liability, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the ANZALI Service, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
These Terms of Use will remain in effect until terminated by you or ANZALI. ANZALI may suspend or terminate your access to the ANZALI Service at any time, without notice, for any reason.
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and ANZALI. Any cause of action you may have with respect to the use of the ANZALI Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
