1. Eligibility
- 1.1. The contest is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
- 1.2. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of ANZALI, LLC are not eligible to participate.
- 1.3. Participants must have a valid account on ANZALI’s web app at https://anzali.io.
- 1.4. No purchase is required to participate in ANZALI contests.
2. How to Participate
- 2.1. Users can earn XP by completing various activities on ANZALI, such as referring friends, completing airdrop tasks, and actively using the ANZALI web application on consecutive days.
- 2.2. XP earned during the contest period contributes to the leaderboard rankings.
- 2.3. Users must adhere to fair play policies and avoid any fraudulent activity.
3. Contest Duration
- 3.1. The various contests begin and end on published start and end dates (the “Contest Period”).
- 3.2. All XP accumulated during the Contest Period will be counted toward rankings.
4. Prizes and Winner Selection
- 4.1. Prizes will be awarded based on XP rankings and/or other criteria determined by ANZALI per contest.
- 4.2. Each contest will have a different number of winners. Based on leaderboard standings at the end of the Contest Period, a certain number of users will win prizes.
- 4.3. Winners will be announced within 30 days after the contest ends.
- 4.4. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- 4.5. In the event of a tie in leaderboard standings for a position that would otherwise win a prize, ANZALI reserves the right to determine tie breaker criteria per each individual contest. In many cases, account age will be determined to break ties and favor users with older account creation dates.
- 4.6. All prizes will be sent to users' wallet addresses used to participate in the contest. ANZALI reserves the right to award users prizes in different methods if deemed necessary for a certain contest or prize winner.
5. Fair Play and Disqualification
- 5.1. Any form of cheating, including but not limited to bot usage, multiple accounts, or exploiting bugs, will result in disqualification.
- 5.2. ANZALI, LLC reserves the right to review, investigate, and disqualify participants at its sole discretion.
6. Liability and Rights
- 6.1. ANZALI is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, errors, or failures that may impact contest participation.
- 6.2. By participating, users agree to allow ANZALI to use their usernames and contest results in promotional materials.
7. General Conditions
- 7.1. ANZALI, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
- 7.2. All decisions made by ANZALI, LLC regarding contest rules, winners, and prizes are final.
